Wireframe components Blueprint [on hold]

I'm looking for the best way to design a UX Wireframe. Colleagues says they want a more "abstract" design without a strict definition of the elements. Thinking about that I start to define some primary buttons and areas... but i'm inventing a hierarchy.

So my question is: Is there an existing blueprint or a pre-defined hierarchy to communicate elements and components?

wireframing in my opinion is very important to understand problems before wasting time. At this point we have to understand the visual hierachy of contents and elements and it need some importance levels.

i'm looking for a list of logical elements to use like (for example): header / content / primary button / action area
