Will Chrome users be put off using an e-commerce site in incognito mode now that Chrome marks HTTP-pages as "Not secure"?

I understand Chrome is trying to be more transparent and encourage the web to adopt HTTPS for all pages of a site, not just the pages which ask the user for secure data. But in the meantime as an e-commerce business, while we have time to extend the protocol beyond just checkout, how will customers respond to the "Not secure" message that appears in incognito window from chrome 62 onwards?

The Chrome team justified this improvement by saying that "when users browse Chrome with Incognito mode, they likely have increased expectations of privacy."

Is this true for e-commerce customer? Wouldn't they be more likely wanting to hide their history in case they were shopping on a shared device? Or would they now be entirely put off purchasing from a site with this message?
