why familiar design tools copy features from their competitors and why appear every day new tool!

we know familiar design tools like Xd, Figma, sketch ... lately, XD announce recent updates ..the leader of them is the content-aware layout which seems like the auto layout in Figma so my question is why they copying from themselves and to when then working individually and why every day appear new design tools!
