Why does Revolution slider has layer appearance logic inverted from the common pattern? [on hold]

This is WP revolution slider screenshot of layer section, where bottom layer named "Button" is displayed on top, meaning layers display logic goes from bottom to top.
Most of the layer based editing programs (Sketch, Photoshop) have oposite logic, its from top to bottom which is pattern most people learn.
Anyone has idea why Revslider has it oposite?
