Which style for buttons in a wizard and a simple form? [duplicate]

I am wondering which style I should use for my "cancel" button. As you can see, on the wizard, the "cancel" button doesn't have border. But in a form which has only two buttons, should I use a "cancel" button with borders or not? What is the best practice?
