Where should the link be? [duplicate]

If you're writing documents (or websites sometimes) you should be familiar with the following sentence:

For further information, click here.

Or

For further information, please view Privacy Policy.

Or

This document is a simplified version of Privacy Policy, which its full version can be located here.

For the top two version I think everybody will put to document link like this:

For further information, please view Privacy Policy

But how about the third one? Which place should I put it? Pricavy Policy? full version? Or here? Or all?

I see most document make the link at here but won't visitors try to click on Pricavy Policy?
