Where do UX/UI Designers go to look for jobs?
I'm trying to hire excellent UX/UI Designers, but I don't know where to start. I'm an American working for a massive Chinese company in Shenzhen, China. We want to hire Designers to come and work with us for a few months before letting them work remotely from anywhere in the world.
I want to make this as easy as possible for you and for me. So here are my questions:
Where do you go to look for full time employment as a UX/UI (specific Linkedin Groups, Websites, Facebook Groups, etc)
What sort of information do you require on the job posting to know if you are a good fit.
