What’s the best pattern for multiple choices in newsletter prefernces?

Let me explain, So am working in ecommerce website with few brands [right now] .. initially we have 7 brands and it's expanding so expect it can be more than 7 sooner, I am designing a settings/preferences for it so you can accept the newsletter (daily, weekly, monthly).

I tried to design it like a table, Brand logos side and the options at the top but it's not mobile friendly at all.

so any other options? patterns? any help?
