Whats a good icon to use as a ‘replace file’ button

I am working on a table that displays if a CSV file has been uploaded. If the file has been loaded it gives a timeAgo time stamp and a 'button' to allow you to replace the CSV with out being able to view it.

How can I word this or what icon can I use to explain this to the user?

This is what I have so far with a tooltip for further explanation.
