what tool could generate mobile animations i designed to file to be used by the next phase? [on hold]

as an UX desginer I want to specify the animations and interactions details to the developers, they are not well aware of the intutive criteria of the native animations(ex:animation time, speed or shape) for android and iOS or even websites...

Is there any tool I can design the interactions on it and automatically generates what they need ?
