What is the best UX journey in terms of UI components for PDF data extraction to editing of content ? I have attached the requirement below [closed]

The steps involves are the following :

  1. User uploads the PDF into the web app.
  2. All data are extracted and arranged according to the content in respective control group. Example : Admin , Security , Management , Cyber Security
  3. User can edit/delete the content/statement
  4. User have the ability to copy the statement/content to repository
  5. All content copied can be committed to the system and then exported.
