What is the best option to replace Right Fly out [on hold]

I'm having Web Application which looks like below image. For Edit we are using Right Fly out. What is the best option I have to replace Right Fly out for displaying 20 input fields at a time?

Modal Popup or right fly out or something else?

Kindly have high level UI screen attached herewith.
