What is the best approach to advocate the company about UX? [on hold]

by UXStackExchange on April 9, 2018 in uxstackexchange

I'm a UX designer and would like to do a company-wide UX101, which would be an optional session for interested colleagues to join. It would be a great opportunity for the company to have a wider understanding on what is UX and I think it can be quite nice to spread the idea about UX is not something only done by UX team but co-owned by different teams in the company.

The session is planned to be an hour long, format is completely flexible - can be anything like workshop, game or presentation. We can also limit the number of participants each time and run multiple sessions.

Wonder if anyone had similar experience running UX101 ? Would be glad to hear their experience or any recommended materials to begin with the planning. What do you think is the best approach to advocate the company about UX?
