What is the best alternative for card sorting? to group terms

Here we are planning to create a insight section for users. Insight is basically which gives users all about his account.

We are data analytic software. we give information about PPC campaigns, adgroups etc and lot more. We have other features like tracking product to gain information about his competitor. So there will be main 4-5 features.

The problem now is we are finding hard to bucket these problems in a particular section.

let's say there is a problem in a product/asin and this asin might have other problem related to other feature.

can anyone tell what is the best practise to solve these problems.?
