what is good UX for a webdesign and development company? [on hold]

I want to start a webdesign and development company. I want to make my company's website usable and consider good UX in it.. What is good UX for my specific B2B business? What should I put in it? As UX is not limited to apps and software in general, I'll appreciate if you give me UX information that is good for the whole webdesign and development business's customers.
