what development framework to learn for ux designers [on hold]

I am a UX Designer and have intermediate knowledge about HTML,JS and CSS. I am looking to learn JS frameworks that can help me create responsive websites. I want to create a functional website from wireframes I created. I want to understand what is ur development language of choice, do u use just jquery or use advanced frameworks like reach for front end?

Ideally i am looking for a framework where I can replicate the visual designs I create and add interactivity.
