What are the steps for web design? [on hold]

I'm a full stack web developer coming from the programming background. Some clients ask for the custom designs from scratch. I know some elements required and need to be decided. But I'm not sure about its order.

• Font/fonts
• Color Schema
• Layout
• Logo (black and white)
• Logo (with colors)

Which one should we decide first? Color or Fonts. Or before them layout.
