What are some examples of websites done like a mobile application? [on hold]

We are going to build a sales / marketing app that will be used internally by a client’s sales team. It will contain product demos, sales calculators, about the company, and interactive videos.

Basically, it's a website but done as if it's a web application. I've done UX for mobile apps (more on functionality) rather than a brochure type of mobile app.

What are some examples of this type of app? Or if there's none, what references can I look at for its User Experience best practices?
