We’ve Cancelled Our DC and Seattle Events

With heavy hearts, we’ve come to the decision that we must cancel An Event Apart in both Washington, DC and Seattle this year. We really wanted these conferences to happen, but the present circumstances have made it impossible to put on events in either city, for the time being.

If you were registered for either event, you should already have received email outlining your options for transferring or refunding your registration. If you didn’t receive our email, please contact us to tell us for which event you’re registered, the email address you used to register, and (ideally) your registration confirmation number. We ask that you give us at least 72 hours to reply; while we still strive for same-day service, these are unusual times, and it might take us a bit longer to respond.

As of now, our other events in 2020 are still expected to take place, with the first of them scheduled for June 30 – July 1 in Boston. We’ll continue to monitor circumstances closely and make the best decisions we can for the event and the safety of our attendees, based on the information from the WHO and CDC.
