Welcome Email for new admin level users

I am designing a welcome email for the administrative level users.

I am wondering what is the pro/con of combining the administrative details (username / password ) into a welcome e-mail.

By saying welcome email, I mean the email which include further actions which users are suggested to do such as, download the app, book staff training etc.
