Weird bug in Samsung S series [on hold]

Would like to ask if you have experience with this kind of bug that i've spotted. I'm using browserstack to check different resolution. I don't have any issues with iOS devices until I checked Android devices. Samsung S8+ has no issue at all but when I check lower versions, this bug existed.

As you can in this image, there's no bug. But when I click on the field where I put the details, it became broken. See the 2nd image

Please help me if you know what may be the cause of this bug when you try to input. Appreciate your help.
