Website Color Scanner

I'm working on a redesign for a website. One of the first projects my team is taking on is an update to our website's colour palette. We would like to see all of the colours that are currently being used on the website.

Does a tool exist that scans through a website and produces a catalogue of colours and hex codes that are used though out the website?
