ways to do an UX audit of digital user journeys

by UXStackExchange on July 3, 2017 in uxstackexchange

I'm looking for a UX audit grid model to evaluate the users digital paths inside different products and services (websites, apps…) of a company. The purpose is to be able to give some feedback on what has to be improved thanks to an evaluation grid of the UX. Any help will be appreciate!
