Urgent: Tablet Design for all sizes [on hold]

My design based on Tablet 9inch and i wanna it support all other ratios 4:3, 3:2, 8:5, 5:3, 16:9

So what i need to deliver it to developers, 9inch design and assetsonly or all ?

and if all any tool help me in that ?
