UI Design Online Bootcamp? [on hold]

I've been working as a UX Researcher (usability testing, discovery interviews, personas, journey mapping, etc) for five years and am very interested in expanding into UI Design. So far I've done a tiny bit of wireframing with Balsamiq and photoshopping suggested design tweaks into screenshots, but am pretty much unexposed to anything more sophisticated.

Does anyone have suggestions for online design bootcamps that focus on learning more about the UI design process, tools, techniques, etc and help you build a design portfolio to position yourself for UI/UX design jobs? I'm currently working full-time, so a flexible schedule online course would be perfect.
