Two vertical menus on one screen

I am having a difficulty in working out two menus on one screen.

A little context is that this screen which is attached comes as a result of selection of 1 patient from patient list and now this is patient detail screen.

Now in this "Patient Detail View", we have three types of information

1) Summary 2) Service Orders 3) Diagnostics

The first problem is that I am unsure whether to use 2 menus in a screen which are not related to each other directly.

Another problem with this design is that inside the orders list, the selection of an order is shown when clicked on it to reveal its detail in a panel that slides from right. That selection is also in clash with the 2nd menu.

I have thought about using a horizontal menu but I am not pretty sure about it. Any help would be appreciated.
