Tool to collect information about forms usage in huge app interface [on hold]

Is there any tool, that could show how users actually use forms in a software? Some kind of Analytics for web application. Aside of simple/advanced search inputs, listing filters our app has lot of fields that need to be filled (creating projects, managing users, customers etc.). I'd like to see how users interact with our app, which fields are being used and how. Thanks in advance!
