The best user testing software [on hold]

I would like to know your opinions on this question above. I try to choose the best solution for quite simple user testing on exact Pc. Requirement are: Win 8 and IE 11 supported.

I am expecting: - screen video capture, - webcam video capture, - microphone voice capture, - and these three sources together online shared for the TV screen in other room connected via cable and recorded.

I prefer to use some typical user testing soft, I don't want to handle video recorder, static cam - as simple as possible. For example something similar to Screencastify, but for IE and with direct video share to the other room. Or something like Usability studio (but for win 8).

Looks like I missed many usefull soft and tools and now it's quite confusing to choose something actual. I was used to do something as Guerilla testing in such cases with a free soft and plenty of time to play with the videos after the session. I really don't have time to do it, so I try to find some "ready solution". I am looking forward your suggestions, thanks.
