Suitable Webcam Eyetracking?

I've just recently come across xLab's version, which seems basic but promising for doing UX testing.

I have no budget but am interested in doing basic eyetracking/heatmaps for some of my websites. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Also where can I find documentation/how-to's on how to integrate that data for a research document? I've seen far too many "heat maps" which mean nothing but look pretty on a blog, but actually have no real meaningful data.
