Single-Field Credit Card Payments. Any experiences experiences / thoughts? [on hold]

As the titles says i am looking for first hand experiences with Single-Field Credit Card Payments.

Luke Wroblewski is advocating them for years. But till now very few companies used them.

Recently stripe released it's v3 library which provided elements, you can see demos here.

They even auto detect if zip is needed depending on credit card number (here are the test credit cards including international ones)

What are your thoughts? Did anyone have experience using something similar?
