Should i use a single or double page to edit a password?

I was wondering if changing a password in-app it is more correct to ask, as usual, old, new and confirm password on the same page or if it is better to ask before for the old password on the first page, and once it is verified ask the new one and confirmation on a second page. The idea is to focus the user's attention only on one form at a time, making recognition easier and more immediate. But I was wondering if it was more or less convenient, for what reasons, and if there could be security problems with this pattern.
