Rolling out personas

Any suggestions for how to create internal collateral for personas that people can use in meeting rooms?

My company wants to roll out the personas company-wide so that people can start using them in meeting rooms when making decisions/ changes that affect our customers. Most meetings are in person but often we also have remote employees calling into the meetings via MS Teams. Some ideas we had were making popsicle stick faces for each persona and having key information printed on the back for reference. Other ideas were trading cards, tent cards for the meeting room table, and life-sized cutouts. Just wondering if there are any other fun ideas out there and if anyone also has ideas on how we can make personas interactive for remote meeting attendees as well.
