Responsive Email Signature

My company recently implemented new email signatures. For one of the signatures, the first two lines of text are responsive when the window/viewer shrinks. This should not be happening for the signature, we want all lines to be stationary. When the signature is in a window/place where it is responsive, there will be one letter per line, making the signature very vertically long. Can anyone advise how to remove this effect or what caused it? This is happening in Outlook.
