Resources for User Centered Design

We are a small team of developer at their first experience on HCD/UCD and in general the next project will be the first step into HCI as developer. Most of resources found on HCD or UCD gave us a broad overview and general guidelines for the design process, we are searching for "practical" resources for the user's interview, design and evaluation steps. There are some structured templates/layouts document or other resources that could give us a true operative way to proceed?
