Prototyping for products

So, I need a prototyping software that would allow me to create UI prototype that can be controlled with physical controls e.g. knob or slider. That knob would be used for navigation through UI. In that way I could see how users control that product and if my design of UI is practical with using knobs. I would be satisfied with some software on mobile phone for presenting and some bluetooth knob. If there is something better please let me know.
