Practical ux design inspiration [on hold]

What are good sources of inspiration for good ux design. i don't mean fancy or pretty, but practical. There are plenty of fancy ui designs and animations in slanted iphone and mac frames all over the internet, but its hard to find sources or well done ux (doesn't have to be fancy)
