Overflowing content in textarea – default scrollbar or dynamically increase height?

When a textarea has overflowing content, should we keep its default behaviour, meaning it will have a scrollbar on the right, or should the height dynamically increase?

Which one do you think is a better practice? Which one is more convenient for users?
