Newbie UX Designer

I am currently studying UX Design in Udacity and the first project they asked to submit is a research for an app. I created a research plan and want to get some feedback and tips about it.

I've chosen to design an app where pet sitters can advertise their services. The app will be designed to help them post their experiences, reviews, availability and contact details for potential clients.
