Need help with toolbar layout

I have a toolbar that needs 4 controls and a company icon on it. I cannot figure out the best placement of the controls and I cannot figure out the best look for the search controls and need advice.

This toolbar has to have a 1. Menu button to open the sidenavigation 2. A date and input search box 3. An auto refresh dropdown(similar to NZBGET) autorefresh 4. The company Icon needs to go somewhere in the toolbar.
