Need Better Layout, so it can relate things correctly with selected value [on hold]

I am trying to implement design in which I am having one button at left side of screen when we click on it, it will open a pop-up which is sticky box on left side of screen. This box is having two parts as follows. 1. First part will display list of groups and its Categories. 2. Second Part will have list of Items under selected category or Group also it will show summary of Items Status in table.

I am Adding Ideal design of that box. I need some better suggestion regarding this which will clearly make evidence that summary is showing for Items from selected Group or Category.
