Multiple web templates for a website?

Is it good to use multiple (probably 2) dashboard templates for website? Actually my webapp has two components one general discussion forum with profile and one to one chat section and other part consist of analytics of individual users and their activity. During my early development stages I have chosen web template whose UI looks very nice with first part but not with other. So I want to ask that should I go with this template for both part or use different for each part in which both looks good?
