Modal Tabs UI is too boring [on hold]

I am showing client details data in a Modal with 3 tabs. Each tab contains different data about a user and its linked entities. It's client requirements to use modal and tabs in here. However, I tried my best to make the UI look cool but can't get around this. Can you suggest some improvements for correct usage and typography? I am also looking for design suggestions.

Currently when a user clicks on details this Modal Popup:

Then the user can navigate through tabs as shown below.
