Mobile Card Design

I am trying to go for a minimal design approach for a card design. This card going to be populated by getting data from an external source and added to a list. Attached image. Is this considered minimal design plus due to minimal design am out missing any necessities which is making me miss anything necessary in terms of ui/ux? Thanks.
