Meanings of colors for different populations [on hold]

Working in an app i'm thinking about colors meaning for different cultures. Where i can find a list of colors that i better not use in some part of the world? In particoular i'm looking for color meanings in SouthAmerica and indo-china. I want to find a palette that works fine in these areas.
