MaterialDesign – Fullscreen Dialog, how to show multiple actions

The Material Design guidelines for fullscreen dialogs state, that the action (like SAVE in the screenshot) should be shown on the top right. Cancel always is sown as an X on the top left.

Now I have a dialog which has to possible actions, ACCEPT and DECLINE. I wonder how I should show those? Showing both on top could take up too much space, especially in other languges. Showing them as buttons at the bottom would not be consistent with showing SAVE on the top.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
