Managing user expectations on data accuracy on wearables

We've introduced a smartwatch to our client's staff to help them monitor their well-being while onsite. This includes features like heart rate, temperature, and step counting.

The challenge I'm facing is staff are comparing it to consumer-level smartwatches (e.g. as iWatch, Garmin) they may currently own and are very focused on pinpointing the differences.

Trying to achieve precision accuracy may not be the solution as we have benchmarked against other smartwatches and measurement devices and the results vary, even between the major brand. This might be because the way they measure is slightly different too.

My question is, what would be an approach to reframe the accuracy features of this device to manage the user's expectations? similar to the way Apple and Samsung watch include a disclaimer that their watches are not medical devices and should not be used to self-diagnose.

I'm assuming one contributing factor is some post-purchase bias of the consumer-level watches they may already have, whereas the mindset they adopt towards this smartwatch provided by their employer is different.
