Managing nested items using Dashboard

I have a dataset of nested categories which needs to be managed using a dashboard. Now I have been struggling a lot to design the UI for managing the Categories.

Please suggest me a UI design strategy for showing and managing nested categories with some examples.

• I need to add and delete the categories from the same screen.
• The dataset is tabular.
