Making Palette Consistent

I have a palette that I think will work really well for our new product line and displaying it in our roadmaps. However, I am unsure how to make sure the colors are consistent with each other, or finding the closest match to each that would be consistent. I've been searching for online generators, but I basically want to be able to put my list of colors in hex or RGB and have it generate the closest color that is compatible to a specific color I tell it to look at. Unless there is a manual way to do this? I had considered determining all of the HSL values and making sure that the SL and were the same on each one. . . would that work?
