Large scale text animation example

I have seen basic title text animation, where individual letters are highly animated (also here and here). I have also seen animated tag clouds of different sorts.

But I'm wondering if there are any examples of good text animation when it comes to animating like an entire document or PDF of text. I haven't seen it done and always wondered what a good animation would look like. One way would be to spin in every letter randomly and also fade them into place. But that is kind of pointless and arbitrary. I haven't been able to come up with something that would be subtle and also nice and enhancing to the experience, and wondering if you have tried or seen anything that works.

This, for example, has the most I've seen. But I feel like Documentaries might have some good stuff, not sure.
