Just infinite scrolling or infinite loop with ‘show more’ button [duplicate]

Hi :) i want to know about your opinioin about how infinite scroll works (like twitter, facebook, etc) and compare it with infinite scroll + 'load more content' button after pass some contents (like dribbble.com)

What's the different?
